This park is symbolic of the town that is developing as a park town. You can not only enjoy the rich natural surroundings, but also various kinds of outdoor leisure including athletics and camping.

| Children's slope |
The slope, covered with artificial turf, is a highlight of this park as it allows sledding year round. There are separate courses for younger and older children.

| Moshi moshi house and administration building |
Because of its turtle-shape design, the recreation hall is called "Moshi moshi house" (lit. "hello" house, which comes from a famous children's song "Hello, Mr. Turtle") The head part of this building is a wooden deck which is used as a stage for events.

| Nature trail |
Oak trees and Japanese horse chestnut trees form a forest suitable for hiking and basking in the woods.

| Observation platform |
The observation platform, built in a Japanese style, matches well with the surroundings and offers a panoramic 360-degree view. You can get a perspective of the peaks of Funagata and Nanatsu-mori Forest. The glow of the sunset over the mountains is breathtaking.

| There are 21 obstacles in an 800 meter course. Each obstacle is named after a geographical point in Tomiya |
